Over the past decade since the establishment of Falconaris Solutions (previously Falcon Consulting & Staffing) on 07th July 2010 as a manpower consulting and staffing firm based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, we have continued to expand our expertise and professional network while providing best practices business optimization solutions and high value-added consulting services that assist our clients in expanding their business operations on an exponential premise.

OUR NAME - FALCONARIS

The company name "Falconaris" represents our unrelenting aim, ambition and determination to fly high in the industry. Falconaris is originally out of two terms "Falcon" and "Polaris“. The word ‘Falcon’ represents the speed, pace, agility and forward movement while flying high, simultaneously keeping focus on the goals and vision of our organization, and the word ‘Polaris’ articulates our quest to be the guiding star of becoming an influential and powerful consulting firm with an Indian background serving both Indian and multi-national organizations.
